Swingin Lanterns mod not working

Hi,
I want to install Swinging Lanterns but when i load it on neoforge it says citresewn is not installed (which it is), and that fabric loader is not on latest version.
I've tried reinstalling connector, citresewn and its neopatcher but nothing seem to help. I've also looked and Swinging Lantern is compatible with connector.
