How to cut a part of bounding line?

I want to connect 2 ( or more) paved areas with bounding line but I don´t want the bounding line where they connect.
Is it possible to cut (or hide) a part of the bounding line where the parts meet? I tried to hide the connection with a paved area (without bounding line) but that area shows behind the unwanted bounding line.

Why don't you just merge them with Unify Areas function?
