LFRic Apps rose-stem breakage

The MetOffice rose-stem testing for LFRic Apps is currently broken by the removal of an old scitools module. This affects the generate_weights tasks in the LFRic Inputs part of the suite - the other applications should be unaffected. We will keep you updated as we work out a fix, and are sorry for any chaos caused.
