Investigate how two stations uploaded so many configurations

Could be caused at various points:

• Perhaps @vaneijk knows what happened, modifications to DAQ?
• Upload issues to frome
• Issues writing data to datastore

It's indeed due to a new DAQ, @vaneijk is going to fix it.

The new DAQ was installed at stations 508, 4 and 91, the software was not released yet so the problem should be contained.

I'll leave this issue open until the problem is solved.

The new DAQ software is not released yet but it should be finished by now. I'll ask next week.
