Time Trial mode bug - Lakitu animation speed up on retry

When using the time trial 1p mode, every time I select "retry" the Lakitu animation for starting the race speeds up. subsequent retries makes the animation faster.

Do you know anywhere else to get windows nightly? Link is broken on here for me. Links for all other harbourmaster game work alright.

don't know why for spaghettikart nightly link are broken (because of artifact who aren't publish)
