Documentation

Docs version: These pages reflect SkyCMS v12.3.0 (April 2026). See what changed

The edge‑native CMS for creative people who value performance, simplicity, and creative freedom

SkyCMS is a multi-tenant CMS that gives content editors modern publishing tools and gives developers full technical control — without fighting over the same codebase.

Why SkyCMS feels different

SkyCMS supports two equally important ways to work:

  • Content creators can maintain pages and blogs with CKEditor, using a word-processor-like experience that needs little or no training.
  • Developers can open the same website in Visual Studio Code with the SkyCMS Explorer extension and work with website structure and content as code.

This means teams do not have to choose between "easy for editors" and "powerful for developers." SkyCMS is built to support both at the same time.
