+The Deputy Vice Presidents’ Committee shall consist of a group of recent and past members, particularly passionate current and former members and officers. It should be convened at the request of the Politburo, help prevent data loss including due to hardware failure, assist in passdown between successive Politburos, and retain generational knowledge. It shall also retain a similar level of access to and control over technical facilities as sitting executives for the sake of guidance and archival. In the event that the Politburo/club is abandoned for a prolonged period, this committee shall act in its place. It is recommended that the Politburo and this committee meet at least once per semester. Members may be appointed by a simple majority of acting Politburo members or by a simple majority of members at a General Meeting. They may be removed by a simple majority of members at a General Meeting.
