Getting AAC mpeg version=4 from APIs #438
|
I want to get AAC mpeg-4 same sort of audio an RTSP stream would get me, but into my application? Is there a way, one without reenncoding? If I use axaudio with aac I seem to get AAC mpeg version 2. |

Any one got any input here? Some way to instruct ax_audio to give me mpegversion=4 from the encoder instead of mpegversion=2. |

Hello @jonasdn-spiideo, the AAC encoder in the axaudio API sets the MPEG type to MPEG-2 rather than MPEG-4. I understand that someone from Axis has already contacted you directly regarding this. Could you please confirm? Cheers, |
