New: pre-commit hook support for MCP schema quality

agent-friend now works as a pre-commit hook.

Add this to .pre-commit-config.yaml in any MCP server repo:

      - id: agent-friend-validate   # fail on any structural error

This catches schema issues before they ship — token bloat, missing constraints, verbose descriptions, prompt injection patterns.

Customize the threshold:

      - id: agent-friend-grade
        args: ["--threshold", "80"]

Hooks run on server.json files by default. Complements the GitHub Action for teams that prefer pre-commit over CI.
